Ready to build a career in one of the world's fastest-growing markets?

We're looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our growing US Data Centre Team as a Candidate Consultant.

You don't need previous recruitment experience. What matters to us is your attitude, ambition and willingness to learn.

Why US Data Centres?

The data centre industry is at the heart of the technology revolution.

From hyperscale facilities supporting AI infrastructure to some of the largest construction projects across America, demand for specialist talent is continuing to grow.

At Amoria Group, we work with organisations delivering major data centre projects across the United States, connecting highly skilled professionals with opportunities that are helping shape the future of technology.

What will you be doing?

As a Candidate Consultant, you'll focus on identifying, engaging and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

You'll:

  • Identify and engage specialist professionals within the US data centre market
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals
  • Speak with candidates to understand their experience, career goals and opportunities
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
  • Build and manage specialist talent networks and candidate pipelines
  • Develop a strong understanding of the US data centre market
  • Work closely with experienced consultants supporting major US-based projects
  • Use technology and recruitment platforms to manage your candidate network effectively
  • Become a trusted point of contact for candidates within your specialist market

This is a people-focused role where you'll spend your day speaking to professionals, building relationships and developing your expertise within a specialist industry.

You don't need recruitment experience

We welcome applications from people from a wide range of backgrounds, including:

Sales | Customer service | Retail | Hospitality | Call centres | Sport | Business development | Other target-driven or people-focused environments

You may be new to recruitment, but if you're competitive, resilient, confident speaking to people and motivated by achieving your goals, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for

Ambition

You have clear goals and want to build a career rather than simply find your next job.

Resilience

Recruitment is fast-paced and competitive. You'll need to be comfortable hearing "no", staying persistent and continuing to push yourself.

Confidence

You'll regularly speak with professionals across the US market, so being comfortable having conversations, asking questions and building relationships is important.

Organisation

You'll be managing candidate relationships, pipelines and multiple opportunities, so being organised and able to manage your time effectively is essential.

Drive

We're looking for people who want to improve, achieve their targets and see their hard work reflected in their progression and earnings

What you'll gain

Progress

  • Structured, award-winning training from day one
  • Clear 10-step career pathway
  • Measurable progression milestones
  • £500 annual Personal Development Allowance
  • Opportunities to develop specialist expertise within a high-growth market

Experience

  • Two annual incentive trips
  • Hybrid and flexible working
  • Opportunity to work within an international business
  • Exposure to the US market and major technology infrastructure projects
  • A collaborative and high-performance team environment

Why Amoria Group?
