How It Works

We will present you with our core assumptions regarding the target buyer, pricing model, and first customer acquisition channel. You will assess these elements based on your industry experience and provide a concise written review of the concept. Finally, you will outline one practical step we can take to validate this idea with real businesses.
Who This Is For
We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience running or managing independent cafés. We welcome current or former café owners, general managers, shift supervisors, and hospitality operations consultants. You should have a strong understanding of how daily shift handovers work and what operational tools venues are willing to purchase.
