Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving process improvements and system enhancements
  • Assisting with automation, integration and digital transformation initiatives
  • Maintaining application documentation, governance and support processes
  • Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.

About You

You are naturally curious, solutions-focused and passionate about technology. You enjoy working with people, understanding how businesses operate and finding ways to improve systems and processes.

You'll bring:

  • Experience supporting and administering business applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing incidents, service requests and system enhancements
  • Exposure to software vendors and third-party support providers
  • Experience supporting system upgrades, testing and releases
  • Knowledge of IT service management or ticketing platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
