Oh is building the OpenAI of the spicy content industry. We’re a company at the forefront of the generative AI revolution, combining cutting-edge models developed in-house, with proprietary data sources and distribution via our consumer platform, OhChat, and market-leading API.
OhChat now has over 250,000 users and hosts Digital Twins of household names, and our API is integrated into some of the biggest platforms in the adult content space, distributing those Digital Twins across the internet. Backed by $10M in venture funding, we’re quickly establishing ourselves as the dominant, essential layer for adult creators and platforms to adopt AI.
Our aim is for OhChat to be the leading “AI OnlyFans” platform and our API to be the go-to for all adult platforms wanting the technology and our Digital Twins’ IP, in a combined package - ultimately we aim to be the most dominant AI player in the entire adult industry, ahead of expansion to adjacent industries such as companionship and more general creator industry.

We’re a fast-moving team building next-generation products powered by data and visual AI. We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Developer who can own our data stack end to end, from pipelines to dashboards to actionable insight.
You’ll join a small, sharp, and ambitious team that delivers. No red tape. No politics. Just clear ownership, collaboration, and a shared focus on using data to drive the business forward.
What you’ll do:
1️⃣ Build and maintain our data backbone
-Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines, data warehouse, and data lake on AWS.
-Ensure clean, reliable, and scalable data flow across systems.
-Optimise performance, reliability, and data governance throughout the pipeline.
2️⃣ Create outstanding intelligence dashboards
-Develop high-quality, insightful dashboards in Looker.
-Work closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand our KPIs and operational needs.
-Deliver clear, actionable insights that help teams run the business smarter every day.
3️⃣ Analyse and unlock insight from data
Explore data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Partner with leadership to provide analytics that drive decision-making and business change.
Communicate complex findings in simple, impactful ways.
What you’ll need:
-Strong experience with Python, SQL, and AWS data services (Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda).
-Proven ability to model, transform, and visualise data effectively.
-Experience building dashboards in Looker (or similar BI tools).
-A mix of technical depth and commercial awareness — understanding what data really matters.
-Excellent communication skills and a passion for clarity, accuracy, and storytelling with data.
