This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Innovation Manager – AI, MarTech & Digital Solutions based in Brazil.

We are looking for a curious and hands-on Business Innovation Manager to turn emerging technologies into practical business solutions. In this role, you will explore the latest developments in AI, MarTech, automation, and digital marketing. You will work closely with the Director of Business Innovation and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, experiment with new technologies, and develop innovative solutions. From building prototypes to deploying scalable tools and workflows, you will drive projects from concept to production. You will also continuously improve existing applications to ensure reliability and performance. This is an opportunity to shape digital innovation in a fully remote environment with significant autonomy and room for experimentation.

Accountabilities

As a Business Innovation Manager, you will connect technology, marketing, and business needs by transforming promising ideas into practical solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor emerging AI applications, APIs, platforms, automation technologies, and digital marketing developments to identify opportunities with tangible business value.
• Experiment with new tools and technologies, assessing their potential benefits for internal teams and external clients.
• Develop prototypes, tools, automations, and workflows, taking projects from initial concepts through implementation and production.
• Build solutions across AI, data, search, media, content, analytics, and other marketing technology areas.
• Maintain and enhance existing tools and applications, improving their stability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with Search, Media, Data, Strategy, and other teams to understand operational challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
• Act as a technical sparring partner, evaluating new ideas, assessing feasibility, and supporting innovation initiatives alongside the Director of Business Innovation.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and independently drive projects forward.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines an understanding of digital marketing with practical technical skills and a strong passion for innovation. You enjoy experimenting, building solutions, and communicating technical concepts clearly. You should bring:

• Experience or a strong understanding of digital marketing and its key disciplines.
• A technical mindset and a hands-on approach to solving business challenges through technology.
• Practical experience developing prototypes, connecting systems, building automations, or writing scripts.
• Familiarity with APIs, AI integrations, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and automation tools.
• The ability to evaluate emerging technologies and turn promising ideas into functional, scalable solutions.
• An independent and proactive working style, with the ability to identify opportunities and take ownership of projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about new technologies and their practical applications.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Business-level proficiency in German is essential.
• Good English communication skills are an additional advantage.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams.
