Join us and play a key role in our evolution. Being a Mid Level Business Developer at MARGO means becoming an essential link in the group's growth. The Business Developer is entrusted with numerous responsibilities and manages their own client portfolio.
🎯YOUR MISSIONS AS A MID LEVEL BUSINESS DEVELOPER
You will be responsible for several major accounts, some of which are already established.
➡️ Business Development of your Business Unit:Identify business opportunities with these accounts and match consultants to your clients' needs.Develop your client portfolio.Build a privileged client relationship: You should position yourself as the main point of contact for your clients, capable of addressing their IT challenges, thanks to your market knowledge and understanding of IT and business solutions.
➡️ Recruitment and Support of a Consultant Team: Participate in project follow-up meetings.Onboard consultants for their missions.
