Overview

AvePoint is seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in CRM software projects to join our Client Services division.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the successful implementation and enhancement of CRM solutions. You will play a key role in translating business needs into functional solutions that improve customer engagement, sales operations, and service delivery.

What will you be doing?

The Business Analyst analyzes business processes and supporting systems, develops As-Is and To-Be workflows, and ensures business requirements are clearly defined and delivered throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Lead requirements gathering activities for CRM implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
  • Produce key deliverables including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, Use Cases, process flows, and interface designs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to understand CRM business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration discussions, system integration planning, and data migration activities.
  • Collaborate with developers and solution architects to balance usability, scalability, and system performance.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Support project planning, scope definition, and delivery tracking together with project managers.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and solution adoption.

What We Are Looking For

We seek individuals who are agile, passionate, and collaborative—those who bring fresh ideas and are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting CRM software projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is strongly preferred. Experience with other enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and As-Is / To-Be analysis.
  • Understanding of CRM business processes including lead management, opportunity tracking, customer lifecycle management, and service workflows.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Any personal data you share with us during the application process will be processed strictly in compliance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Notice.
