About the role

Who is VetEvolve?

VetEvolve is a network of veterinary practices built to support the people delivering care and the practices they lead. We combine clinical insight with operational strength to give our teams the support, tools, and structure they need to thrive, without losing what makes each practice unique. We are intentionally focused on growth, not as an end in itself, but as a way to strengthen our practices, expand access to care, and create more opportunities for our teams.

Guided by our values: Care First. Better Together. Grow Forward. Own It. We create an environment where veterinary professionals can do their best work, build meaningful careers, and deliver exceptional care. Growth with intention. Care without compromise.

Brandermill Animal Hospital is seeking a Full Time Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team!

We are searching for a candidate with strong client education and patient care skills who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. The primary responsibility of an LVT at Brandermill Animal Hospital is to advocate for our patients and work together with our clients to help them take excellent care of their pets. The ideal candidate is skilled in relationship building and demonstrates empathy when communicating in person and over the phone. As a representative of our hospital, an LVT must prioritize courtesy, compassion, and a positive attitude in all interactions with clients, patients, and coworkers.

Our ideal Veterinary Technician should

  • Have a desire to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their people
  • Be solution-oriented, adaptable, and resilient when faced with a challenge
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence and communicate with confidence
  • Possess high attention to detail and be skilled in managing multiple priorities
  • Provide mentorship and support to aspiring veterinary assistants in completing educational tasks for veterinary technician degree programs

Why work at Brandermill Animal Hospital?

We are a busy 3-doctor, AAHA-certified, small animal and exotics practice located in Midlothian, VA. If you are passionate about helping people and animals and want a job that makes a positive impact, we’d love to talk to you about our LVT opening.
