At NICE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

So, what’s the role all about?

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Brand Campaign Manager to bring the NiCE brand to life in market. NiCE is redefining the future of customer experience through AI-powered, end-to-end service automation, and our brand plays a critical role in how enterprise and C-level audiences see us. In this high-visibility role, you will plan, build, and launch integrated brand campaigns that elevate awareness, strengthen preference, and reinforce our position as the AI leader in CX. You will turn our brand platform and messaging into compelling, multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media, partnering closely with Creative and Design, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Social, PR, and external agencies. The ideal candidate blends big-picture brand thinking with strong program management, is comfortable working across global teams, and uses data to measure and continuously improve brand impact.

How will you make an impact

Brand Campaign Strategy & Planning

Develop and own integrated brand campaign plans that translate the NiCE brand platform, positioning, and messaging into clear campaign objectives, audiences, and channel strategies.

Partner with brand, marketing, and business leaders to align campaign priorities with company goals, product launches, and key moments such as major industry events and NiCE flagship events.

Campaign Execution & Creative Development

Lead end-to-end campaign execution from briefing through launch and optimization, across channels including digital and social, paid media, out-of-home, video, web, events, and thought leadership.

Write clear creative briefs and work closely with Creative and Design teams and external agencies to develop on-brand concepts, assets, and messaging that resonate with enterprise and C-level audiences.

Ensure every campaign touchpoint reflects NiCE brand standards, visual identity, and tone of voice.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Activation

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Social, PR, and Analyst Relations to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated campaign activation across regions.

Equip regional and field teams with campaign toolkits and guidance so brand campaigns can be localized and amplified in market.

Support internal brand activation and employee advocacy programs that engage NiCErs as brand ambassadors.

Measurement, Budget & Operational Excellence

Define campaign KPIs and track performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, share of voice, brand awareness, and contribution to pipeline, sharing insights and recommendations with marketing leadership.

Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver strong return on investment.

Manage agency and vendor relationships, including scopes of work, deliverables, quality, and budget tracking.

Use AI tools and data insights to speed up campaign development, test new ideas, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 2-5 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated campaign management, or marketing communications, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, or AI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of planning and launching integrated, multi-channel brand campaigns that delivered measurable awareness and engagement results.
  • Strong creative judgment and experience writing creative briefs and partnering with creative teams and agencies.
  • Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, measuring campaign performance, and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Resiliency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and ever-changing environment.

Experience managing campaign budgets and agency or vendor relationships.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Experience marketing AI, customer experience (CX), contact center, or enterprise cloud technologies.

Experience supporting a rebrand, brand launch, or large-scale global campaign in a matrixed organization.

Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in campaign development, plus familiarity with paid media, out-of-home, social, and brand measurement or brand lift studies.
