About the role
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in education or human services field (master’s preferred)
- Current BCBA, BCaBA, or relevant professional license
- Minimum two years of clinical experience providing ABA services to children with disabilities
- Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in behavior support strategies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with school leaders, educators, and service providers to ensure consistency between behavior plans and educational programming
- Supervise, coach, and support staff delivering ABA services to promote high-quality and ethical practice
- Review data and outcomes to make informed recommendations for plan updates
- Provide training and guidance on ABA strategies, de-escalation techniques, and safe learning environment practices
