How it works
- Create a free Roo account and let us know you're actively looking for part- or full-time work when you create your profile.
- Test the fit during relief shifts: Complete relief shifts to discover hospitals that are a good culture fit.
- Roo plays matchmaker: Once you’ve found a hospital you love, we’ll reach out to the hospital to confirm their interest.
- Land your dream job & celebrate: Negotiate your contract with the hospital directly, then connect with us to manage any outstanding shifts.
- If you and the hospital agree it's a fit, accept the offer. If not, keep exploring on your timeline.

What you'll need
- An active veterinary license in good standing in the state(s) where you plan to work.
- Clinical experience in general practice, emergency, or a specialty.
- Openness to working a few relief shifts at a hospital before accepting a role there.
