About the role

Join Our Global Recruitment Team as a Talent Acquisition Associate, EMEA, based out of Manchester.

Guidepoint is expanding into Manchester, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to help build our newest UK office.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in our growth, supporting end-to-end recruitment while helping establish Guidepoint's UK campus recruitment programme from the ground up. Working alongside our global Talent Acquisition team, you'll partner with hiring managers, build relationships with leading universities and help attract exceptional talent across the EMEA region.

This is a hybrid role based in Manchester. While our permanent office is being finalised, you'll initially work from a temporary workspace and remotely.

All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment across graduate, corporate and business hiring while supporting the continued growth of Guidepoint's UK operations.

You'll partner with hiring managers to deliver recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Alongside business-as-usual recruitment, you'll play a key role in developing our UK campus recruitment programme and representing Guidepoint at university events.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across graduate, corporate and business hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage high-quality talent across multiple channels.
  • Build relationships with UK universities, careers teams and student organisations.
  • Represent Guidepoint at careers fairs, networking events and employer branding activities.
  • Manage candidate communications, interview coordination and offer processes.
  • Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes and share best practice.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter e.g.)
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, data quality and human judgement.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and bonus.
  • Excellent medical coverage through BUPA
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Supportive culture that celebrates and rewards success
  • Informal work environment
  • Employee Assistance Programs
  • Volunteer days
  • Hybrid working.
  • Opportunity to help launch Guidepoint's Manchester office and shape our UK campus recruitment programme
  • International exposure within a global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Collaborative team environment and regular social events.
