About the team: Merchant integration team assist Paytm’s merchant with payment
products integration. This team helps them to understand the payment solutions and
assist the merchants with its implementation.
About the role: For this role an individual will be leading a group of individuals,
monitoring daily/weekly/monthly progress, coordinating with different internal
stakeholders payment solution/services.
Expectations/ Requirements
- The individual will leading the group of individuals, who will be assisting Paytm’s
Merchant with the integration of Paytm Payment products.
- The individual will be working along with his Team, Paytm Product, Tech, and
Business Team to understand different product suites and their implementation.
- The individual will take ownership of the team, mentor them, handle escalations,
and cordinate with different teams to get things done.
- The individual will take part in meetings/concall with various internal and external
stakeholders involved in the Paytm payment product integration process, onboarding process and operations process
- The individual will be maintaining the regular reports to be published, analysis of
the data at hands, and presenting the data as per requests
- The individual will have to be quick and maintain minimum TAT for him and his
team
- The individual will be responsible for a few operational tasks to manage their daily
work via different workflow tools
- The individual must have a good understanding of IT terminology and concepts with up-to-date technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of any coding
language
- The individual must have good communications skill and excellent problem-solving skills
- The individual must be able to work in a 24*7 environment

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
- Knowledge of any language (Ex:-PHP,JAVA,ASP.Net, Python, etc) and
platform(Android, iOS, Hybrid Apps,Plugins)
- Hands-on experience in debugging the issues for the above-mentioned languages
and platforms
- Individuals with experience in platform integrations/Implementation/Solutions
team for products and services will be preferred but not mandatory
- Analytics and presentation skills
- Experience in leading people, maintaining the process and enhancing the process
