About the role

About the Team

The Revenue Enablement team, under the Sales Strategy & Operations organization, enables the productivity of our sales and go-to-market organizations through alignment with company OKRs and a 360-degree enablement strategy that encompasses activation across process, product, skill, GTM strategy, and tooling. Through partnerships with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, we design and deliver critical enablement programs that activate the business to drive sales performance and contribute to DoorDash’s overall success.

About the Role

As an Associate Manager of Revenue Enablement focused on the APAC region, you will play a critical role in localizing and executing global enablement initiatives that span DoorDash’s Marketplace and Commerce lines of business. You will report directly to the Head of the Global Revenue Enablement team and collaborate closely with the regional Sales Strategy & Operations teams to ensure alignment and impact.

You’ll be responsible for developing and activating onboarding, training, and go-to-market programs that support the full sales lifecycle for sellers across APAC. A key component of this role will be to build and execute a comprehensive onboarding program that effectively ramps sales representatives across all these lines of business—Marketplace and Commerce — ensuring consistency, scalability, and readiness across markets.

You’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure enablement strategies are tailored to regional contexts while maintaining global alignment and measurable outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to help scale enablement across a high-growth region by aligning global frameworks with local needs and feedback.

You are excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Develop, launch, and continuously improve a regional onboarding program that effectively ramps sales teams across Marketplace and Commerce business lines.
  • Support the execution of onboarding, ongoing training, and product activation initiatives for DoorDash sales teams across the APAC region.
  • Serve as a liaison between global enablement strategy and local sales execution, customizing programs for regional market needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure readiness for product launches, new sales motions, and GTM plays.
  • Help maintain and optimize regional enablement workflows including content delivery, sales tool adoption, and feedback loops.
  • Contribute to a culture of learning by coordinating training calendars, facilitating sessions, and tracking engagement and outcomes.
  • Gather insights from frontline teams to help identify skill gaps and recommend enablement solutions that drive seller performance.
  • Track and report on enablement impact using available data and feedback to continuously improve delivery and relevance.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 5–7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or a related go-to-market function, ideally with solid Content Creation skills.
  • You have experience supporting sales organizations, preferably within a tech, SaaS, or marketplace environment.
  • You bring a strong operational mindset, with attention to project execution, coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • You have effective communication and facilitation skills; you’re comfortable presenting to groups and managing enablement tools and platforms.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, global environments, collaborating across time zones and functions.
  • You’re familiar with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Seismic, Chorus, Google Suite, or similar platforms.
  • You’re passionate about building scalable processes, paired with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute hands-on work.
