  • Research and process requests while working on multiple screens and applications.
  • Initiate and manage follow-up requirements for outstanding information, transfers, funding and correspondence.
  • Resolve moderately routine questions following pre-established guidelines and escalation paths.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, case notes and workflow status throughout the new business lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team.
  • Ability to work with strict timelines and non-rotating US shift timings.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Graduation in any stream, Commerce Graduate preferred.
  • 1+ year of working experience in Life Insurance, Annuities or financial services, with a focus on quality, attention to detail, accuracy and accountability for your work product.

  • Must be able to type 30+ WPM with 98% accuracy.
  • Effective English business communication skills required to exchange information with clients, agents and internal partners.
  • Ability to solve basic mathematical problems and interpret financial information.
