  • Use sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce, with a focus on maximining effectiveness by using sales tech stack such as Highspot, Zoom Info, to generate new sales opportunities and partnership with your dedicated Demand Generator, manage a pipeline of varied opportunities (i.e., in terms of company/need/solution required), and progress that pipeline by ensuring that a targeted number of meetings are being completed, and client Application Forms are being returned
  • Create business proposals to articulate the benefits of our product range and consultatively guide prospects/clients to additional products & services and appropriate solutions

Relationship Building & Management

  • Ensure client adoption of our services by scheduling regular meetings to discuss and review progress, and own an undertaking of a general “health check” of client’s status
  • Maintain documentation of all relevant SFDC records (e.g., sales diary, prospect’s next steps, etc.), and/or ensuring you get Accounts through the Accreditation/Set Up process

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (i.e., including bid, customer assurance, pre-sales, and customer care) to ensure seamless service delivery
