  • Prepare accurate statistical and narrative reports for the Dean, the Director of Budgets and Operations, ABA and other accreditors, LSAC, and other authorized partners.
  • Support the enrollment and onboarding experience by coordinating orientation-related activities and other Law School leaders to facilitate the transition from admitted student to enrolled student.

  • Oversee the development and timely distribution of accurate, compelling, and audience-appropriate recruitment materials and communications.
  • Ensure admissions-related website content is current, accessible, easy to navigate, and consistent with UDSL and University of Dayton brand standards; coordinate website updates with the appropriate University partners.
  • Use market research, audience insights, and campaign performance data to refine messaging, channel strategy, and return on investment.
  • Represent UDSL at recruitment events and communicate effectively with prospective students, families, pre-law advisors, undergraduate partners, and other influencers.

People, Budget, and Cross-Campus Leadership
