The position will contribute to advancing the regional and national reputation of COMLS through excellence and innovation in clinical medical education.

This leadership position will collaborate with clerkship and course directors, clinical departments, faculty, administrative staff, affiliated clinical partners, the Area Health Education Center (AHEC) program, and institutional leadership to ensure high-quality clinical educational experiences and supportive learning environments across all instructional sites.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and collaborative leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with faculty, students, administrative staff, clinical departments, and institutional leadership.
  • Commitment to professionalism, educational innovation, accountability, and the academic mission of the college.
  • Eligibility for appropriate medical licensure, clinical privileges, and credentialing consistent with assigned clinical responsibilities.
