Hybrid | Preventative Maintenance | Asset Lifecycle Management

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from skilled planners and coordinators for an upcoming opportunity supporting a national facilities portfolio. This role ensures the delivery of a compliant, reliable, and strategically aligned Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) program.
As the Asset Planning & Scheduling Specialist, you will manage the 52‑week rolling PPM planner, coordinate maintenance activities, and maintain accurate asset data across the portfolio.
The Position
- Own and manage the 52‑week rolling PPM schedule
- Plan, allocate, and release planned maintenance tasks
- Maintain asset data, additions/removals, and condition updates within the CMMS
- Coordinate with Facility Managers, contractors, and operational teams
- Analyse PPM performance, backlog, and compliance metrics
- Support continuous improvement and quality management initiatives

- Experience in asset planning, scheduling, or technical facilities management
- Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and understanding of compliance requirements
- Ability to manage complex schedules and stakeholder expectations
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment
