We are seeking service-oriented Anesthesiologists to join a collaborative anesthesia team at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Arkansas. This 1099 position offers high compensation, generous time off, and the chance to work with a supportive, collegial team in a thriving community.
Position highlights
- $628,000 1099 with 17 weeks off
- Leadership opportunity if desired with additional compensation – inquire for more information!
- 2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule
- Case types include: Ortho, OB/GYN, General, Urology, Cath, Neuro, GI, Vascular, Ophthalmology, ENT, and Bariatric
- Daily staffing: 1 MD and 6 CRNAs (supports 5 ORs plus dedicated C-section room)
- MDs covering primary call
- Moderate to high case volume, offering diverse and engaging clinical practice
- Collaborative Anesthesia Care Team model with strong collegial culture
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
