About the role

Our client, a Fortune 500 healthcare company, is hiring an Analytics Solutions Lead within their Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) organization. A&BC works to solve some of the most challenging problems at the intersection of technology and healthcare — leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, modeling, and hypothesis-driven approaches to transform data into actionable, customer-centric insights that drive growth and improve health outcomes for 100+ million customers.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable data science requirements and delivering high-impact analytical solutions. You will lead consulting engagements, manage data science pods, and craft compelling analytical narratives that influence executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable data science requirements
  • Manage data science pods to implement analytical models tailored to pharmaceutical customer needs (predictive modeling, machine learning, etc.)
  • Apply strong analytical capabilities in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to translate modeling outputs into client-ready deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional program delivery across internal stakeholders to integrate existing capabilities into new customer-facing analytics solutions
  • Draft, refine, and deliver analytical stories to internal and external executive audiences
  • Partner with Product Management to relay customer insights and influence roadmap prioritization
  • Scope work plans, build delivery timelines, and plan resources for analytical consulting engagements
  • Identify project opportunities from data and analytics discovery and surface them to business partners
  • Work cross-functionally with product partners to standardize and accelerate analytics reporting outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Consulting, Program Management, Business Operations or Strategy
  • 3+ years in analytics or management consulting, delivering executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations
  • 3+ years with data visualization and manipulation in Excel; exposure to Tableau / Power BI
  • 2+ years working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams, translating between technical and business stakeholders for healthcare analytics
  • 2+ years of program management for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • 2+ years building executive-grade PowerPoint presentations
  • 1+ year in healthcare, preferably pharmaceutical / life sciences (commercial, clinical, or market access analytics)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with medical and pharmacy claims data
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL
  • Exposure to predictive modeling, ML, or advanced statistical techniques on healthcare datasets
  • Strong verbal and written communication; able to craft compelling narratives from complex data

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in STEM field (e.g., Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) required.
  • Advanced degree (Master’s in Analytics, Data Science, MPH, or MBA) preferred.
