At Kodiak Solutions, we’re dedicated to transforming the healthcare industry through cutting-edge, technology-driven solutions. We specialize in healthcare finance, unclaimed property, risk management, and revenue cycle management, helping healthcare organizations streamline complex financial operations. Our mission is to simplify and optimize processes, so healthcare providers can focus on delivering excellent patient care.

The Analytics Product Owner owns and manages analytics products across our platform, including an evolving SaaS offering supporting Kodiak’s future growth. Reporting to the Director of Product, this role translates customer, business, and analytics needs into actionable product requirements while balancing legacy platform stability, modernization, and new SaaS capabilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may also be assigned.

  • Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for analytics capabilities across SaaS products, balancing customer value, business priorities, technical needs, and platform modernization
  • Translate product strategy, analytics requirements, and customer needs into well-defined epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, Design, QA, and Product Management to refine requirements, resolve questions, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality releases
  • Lead backlog refinement and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
  • Serve as the day-to-day product decision maker for requirement clarification, scope, prioritization, and delivery trade-offs
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and workflow needs and incorporate feedback into product priorities
  • Use product data, customer feedback, usage insights, and market trends to evaluate opportunities and prioritize improvements
  • Support SaaS modernization, product releases, adoption, and go-to-market activities, including coordination with Sales, Client Services, Operations, and other customer-facing teams

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Analytics Product Owner, or similar product delivery role
  • Hands-on experience managing product backlogs, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within an Agile/Scrum development environment
  • Experience working with analytics, reporting, or business intelligence products, including tools such as Sigma Computing, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau
  • Experience working with SaaS, cloud-based, or enterprise software products and cross-functional software development teams
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business and customer needs into clear technical and functional requirements for Engineering and Analytics/Data teams
  • Experience supporting product modernization, platform transformation, or migration from legacy to cloud/SaaS solutions
  • Experience in finance software environments preferred
  • Familiarity with interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, EDI) preferred
