About the role
TechSIGINT, SEDB, THRESHER, WIRESHARK, ELINT, PROFORMA, MCSAP, MESAP, EWIRDB, and RTM
Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.
Required
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph (Polygraph should be in the last five (05) years).
- Fifteen (15) years of direct/relevant TechSIGINT experience in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science fields or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Shall have experience in the development and execution of signals analysis; requirements, test plans and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality software to the user community.
- Experience with various enterprise tools. Day-to-day activities include working with Software Developers and Systems Engineers to refine requirements, provide insight in application design, test developed applications and provide feedback, and work with other SMEs.
- Must have experience on a minimum of one (01) of the following legacy TechSIGINT applications: MARTES/FIS-MARTES, CATS, DEL, WEBENGRAFT, FISNET, FISMARKEТ, TEBAG, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, or ESP.
