About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE

LeoVegas has a clear ambition: to be the global leader in embedding AI across the business, giving every player a superior experience delivered in the most efficient way possible. To get there, we have set up a central AI Hub, led by our Chief AI Officer, that works hand in hand with AI Champions in every function. As an AI Value & Insights Specialist in the AI Hub's Business team, you will make sure we know the value AI is creating, how we compare with the market and that every colleague gets the help they need to use AI well. You will own three areas: tracking the financial and business impact of our AI programme together with Finance, benchmarking how competitors and leading companies use AI, and running our AI Helpdesk as the first point of contact for AI questions across the company.

You will work with the AI Hub team, functional AI Champions, Finance, Product & Technology, HR, Comms, Security and Legal, and report insights to AI and business leadership. It is a broad, highly visible role at the heart of a company-wide AI transformation, ideal for an analytical, curious person who enjoys both numbers and people and wants a front-row seat to how AI is changing the iGaming industry.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Building and maintaining the AI KPI framework and dashboards, tracking adoption, productivity gains, costs and ROI across the AI portfolio in partnership with Finance
  • Setting baselines and measure the before-and-after impact of AI use cases, turning results into clear financial reporting for leadership
  • Monitoring the AI programme budget and spend (tools, licences, infrastructure) against plan and flag deviations early
  • Running ongoing competitor and market benchmarking of AI in iGaming and beyond, covering player-facing features, internal use cases and AI maturity
  • Turning benchmarking findings into actionable insights and recommendations that feed our AI strategy and use case prioritisation
  • Setting up and running the AI Helpdesk, answering colleagues' questions on AI tools, access, guidelines and use cases, and routing complex requests to the right experts
  • Building and maintaining a self-service knowledge base (FAQs, guides, prompt libraries) and use helpdesk insights to spot adoption barriers and training needs
  • Helping capture and share internal AI success stories with Comms to inspire adoption and strengthen our employer brand

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • A university degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and a solid understanding of how AI creates business value, and where its limitations lie
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience building business cases, ROI models and KPI dashboards (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
  • Experience in financial analysis, business performance, strategy, consulting or a similar analytical role
  • Structured market and competitor research skills, with the ability to turn findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a strong service mindset, able to explain AI and numbers clearly to non-technical colleagues at all levels

NICE TO HAVES

  • Experience from iGaming, betting or another regulated, consumer-facing digital industry
  • Experience setting up or running internal support or helpdesk processes, or working with service management tools (e.g. Jira Service Management)
