About the role

About the project

Neurons Lab is expanding its pool of trainers for corporate AI enablement workshops delivered to business teams across banking, finance, and insurance sectors in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

We're looking for someone who genuinely knows their AI tools inside out — and can translate that expertise into engaging, practical training for non-technical professionals.

Your background doesn't matter as much as your depth: you could be a designer, BA, PM, marketer, or analyst.

Duration: 1 education round takes 1-2 weeks (max 3 weeks)

Stage: to cover a request from new clients

Objective

Deliver a High-Quality and Engaging AI Enablement Training Program upon customer request.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop, adjust, and deliver engaging AI training sessions for diverse audiences with varying levels of expertise across different industries
  • Communicate complex AI concepts clearly and accessibly to non-technical audiences
  • Design and facilitate hands-on practical exercises that help learners apply AI tools to real-world business scenarios
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate relevant examples and case studies into sessions
  • Collaborate with the Neurons Lab team to develop and refine training materials and methodologies
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners throughout the GenAI Enablement program

What We're Looking For

Skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to apply AI tools and models to real-world business problems
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Languages: English + Ukrainian required; Russian is a plus*

*Ukrainian for our partnerships on the UA market. Russian for potential clients in Kazakhstan and Eastern Europe.

Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of AI principles, techniques, limitations, and benefits
  • Proven experience in public speaking
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative and/or productivity tools (e.g. Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
  • Awareness of current business and technology trends

Experience

  • Track record of publications, public speeches, or community presence
  • Experience developing and delivering training sessions, webinars, or other public-facing formats
  • Experience applying AI solutions in a business context

Terms & Conditions

  • Format: Project-based / freelance collaboration (per session or engagement)
  • Location: EU or Ukraine
  • Time zone: EU / Ukraine
  • Remote: Yes
