Key Duties will Include
Our client is part of a forward-thinking authority which values support and progression, taking a relational approach to working with families. As an Advanced Practitioner you will hold a protected caseload of 8 children and young people offering oversight into pathway planning and independence work for care leavers and support the development of junior colleagues.
About You
- Experienced Frontline Senior Social Worker.
- SWE Registered and Recognised Qualification in Social Work.
- Full Driving License.
