About Us

Our vision of Excellence in Learning and Life is enacted through strong partnerships between students, staff, parents, and the community. Together, we create an environment where students thrive academically, socially, and personally, preparing them to make their mark in the world.

About the Role

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Support the Principal with the coordination and administration of subpoena requests, including the collation, review and redaction of relevant school records and documentation.
  • Provide front-office telephone support during periods of staff absence and assist with lunch break coverage when required to maintain continuity of service.
  • Support the Business Manager with Work Health and Safety (WHS) administrative tasks, including minute-taking, maintaining and updating WHS templates, and assisting with related documentation.
  • Assist the Business Manager with the implementation of school-wide recordkeeping processes. This includes but is not limited to reviewing existing archive records, identifying records eligible for disposal and coordinating disposal in accordance with relevant departmental requirements, documenting school processes, procedures and supporting resources, prepare resources, tools and guidance materials for school staff to streamline and support consistent archive management and recordkeeping practices.

Experience in records management, information handling, confidentiality, document redaction and archival processes will be highly regarded, but is not essential.

About You

We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, can confidently manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, and is able to organise and manage their workload effectively.

This role requires someone who can work independently, use initiative, recognise when priorities need to shift, and confidently escalate issues or matters requiring further attention when necessary.

Being proactive, organised and adaptable, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a busy environment, will be essential.
