  • Ensuring patient records, bookings and documentation are accurate, timely and well managed.
  • Coordinating resources, meetings and administrative processes that help teams stay organised and productive.
  • Using initiative to manage competing priorities, solve day-to-day challenges and support positive service outcomes.

Let's talk about you!

You're someone who thrives on bringing order to busy environments and helping others succeed. You communicate with professionalism, integrity and care, build positive relationships with people from all walks of life, and take pride in delivering reliable support when it matters most. You'll enjoy finding solutions, juggling priorities and contributing to services that make a genuine difference for patients and the community.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Strong administration experience and confidence working with digital systems and business software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and adapt when priorities change.
  • A collaborative approach, paired with initiative and sound problem-solving skills.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience supporting health services or complex service environments and/or experience improving administrative processes.

Most importantly, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage while helping deliver outstanding support and service outcomes
