  • Work collaboratively with finance, operations and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve administrative efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with the preparation of weekly and monthly meetings.

About You

You are a reliable, organised and solutions-focused administrator who enjoys working in a busy operational environment. With exceptional attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude, you take ownership of your work and are committed to delivering accurate results.

You will also bring:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • Sound computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using Salesforce, JDE or similar business systems would be advantageous.

Above all, we're looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to getting the details right.
