About the role

About Right Formula

At Right Formula, we enable brands to push the limits of sports marketing through a unique blend of expertise, ingenuity and agility that we call the Right Formula. Our complete 360-degree service offering takes brands from partnership identification through to the delivery of fully integrated marketing strategies. With offices in the UK and the US, we support clients worldwide, helping them to accelerate growth through the power of sport.

Role Overview

The Account Manager plays a central role in building partnerships rooted in trust. As a key day-to-day client contact, they will bring clarity, organisation, and energy to every programme - ensuring work is aligned to objectives and delivered to a high standard.

Working closely with internal teams and specialists, the Account Manager helps translate strategy into action. They manage timelines, budgets, and delivery with care, while maintaining strong client relationships built on reliability and responsiveness.

By staying close to client priorities and proactively identifying opportunities to add value, the Account Manager contributes to shared success, supporting both measurable client outcomes and the continued growth of the agency.

The role will be based at Right Formula’s offices in Battersea, London, and will require international travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of partnership activations and hospitality programmes, ensuring they are strategically aligned to business objectives and deliver measurable impact.

  • Elevate creative thinking within the team, supporting the development of ideas, presentations, and post-event reporting that move beyond delivery to demonstrate insight and impact.

  • Contribute strategic input into partnership planning, identifying optimisation opportunities, innovation areas, and avenues for organic growth.
  • Support senior leadership in strengthening client relationships, expanding scope, and positioning the team as strategic partners rather than operational executors.
