About the role

We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The role as an Account Manager, you will act as a key driving force to expand our local footprint across the north of Germany (Hamburg, Bremen, Kiel and Hannover).

Your primary purpose is to scale our Access Controlled Parking (Off-Street) Arrive (Easypark app) ecosystem by identifying and winning new business collaboratively with commercial garages, private parking operators, and real estate developers.

Operating at the intersection of new business acquisition, key account management, and strategic growth, you will utilize our global playbook to design and execute a regional sales strategy. This highly autonomous, field-heavy role offers a unique opportunity to act as a trusted advisor in the mobility space, meeting regularly with clients and stakeholders to make a tangible, positive impact on urban mobility.

How to make an impact

  • Take full ownership of expanding Arrive’s off-street market presence in North Germany by proactively identifying and acquiring new parking locations.
  • Lead the full commercial process, from lead generation and solution design to collaborative negotiations, successful closing, and smooth handover to operations.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships as the main point of contact for private real estate operators, Access Solution Providers (ASPs), and public authorities, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Build compelling, fact-based business cases that demonstrate clear customer value and present our SaaS solutions and mobile payment platforms to senior decision-makers.
  • Analyze local parking dynamics, operator economics, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic growth opportunities and white spots in coverage.
  • Engage actively in the field for approximately up to 60% of your time to meet partners face-to-face, utilizing the remaining time flexibly for proactive pipeline management in Salesforce.

About you

You are a driven, self-motivated, and collaborative professional who thrives in an independent, field-based environment. Guided by a growth mindset and strong commercial instincts, you are excited by the prospect of owning and developing a territory. You possess excellent strategic and analytical thinking, allowing you to build data-driven narratives and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders of all backgrounds. If you are passionate about building lasting, inclusive relationships and guiding clients toward innovative solutions, you will truly thrive in this position.

Your background

  • 5+ years of proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management, ideally within SaaS, mobility, PropTech, or similar technology-driven environments.
  • A strong track record of managing complex sales cycles, achieving goals, and leading successful, collaborative commercial negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate market data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience selling complex services and a solid understanding of payment solutions, with familiarity in parking management systems or gated access technologies as a strong plus.
  • High proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and digital workspace tools (Google Suite).
  • Native/Fluent in German and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1) for effective communication across our global team.
