About the role

About CircuitHub

CircuitHub is reshaping electronics manufacturing with The Grid, a factory-scale robotics platform that makes small-batch, high-mix electronics assembly radically more efficient. Think semiconductor-fab precision applied to the chaotic world of prototyping and low-volume production: a 10x throughput improvement in one of the world's most foundational industries.

We've raised $45M from top-tier investors including Plural, Y Combinator and Google Ventures, and we're already profitable. Our customers include a major EV maker, a top AI lab and many of the worlds largest companies.

The Grid isn't a prototype. It's live, scaling fast and delivering real revenue, and we're building the team that will scale it further.

The Role

As an Account Manager at CircuitHub, you’ll help customers get the most out of working with us. This isn’t just about closing sales. It’s about understanding what customers are building, earning their trust, and finding opportunities to support more of their business.

You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts and work closely with support, engineering, and operations to keep customers informed, resolve challenges, and build lasting relationships.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Building relationships with customers and understanding their priorities, projects, and purchasing needs.
  • Growing existing accounts by identifying new projects, teams, and locations that could benefit from CircuitHub.
  • Qualifying new opportunities and guiding customers from initial conversations through quoting and ordering.
  • Following up on outstanding quotes, answering questions, and helping customers move projects forward.
  • Holding regular account reviews to understand customer feedback, upcoming demand, and opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide clear, accurate updates.
  • Keeping account information, opportunities, and sales forecasts accurate and up to date.
  • Working toward agreed revenue and profitability goals.
  • Sharing customer feedback to help improve our platform and overall customer experience.

Some examples of the questions and challenges you’ll be tackling

  • Understanding why a customer has stopped ordering and what would bring them back.
  • Helping a customer plan their next prototype or production run.
  • Finding opportunities to work with other teams within an existing account.
  • Understanding what is holding up a quote and helping resolve it.
  • Managing difficult conversations about pricing, delivery, or quality.
  • Asking satisfied customers for referrals and introductions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines a commercial mindset with genuine care for customers. You’re comfortable starting conversations, asking thoughtful questions, and taking responsibility for moving things forward.

You might be a great fit if

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • You have a track record of meeting sales goals and growing customer accounts.
  • You take ownership and follow through without needing to be chased.
  • You communicate clearly and adapt your approach to different people and situations.
  • You’re comfortable discussing pricing, handling objections, and asking for the business.
  • You stay organized and know where to focus your time.
  • You’re naturally curious and willing to learn how our platform and manufacturing processes work.
  • You work well with others and know when to bring in the right expertise.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in electronics, hardware, technical services, or manufacturing.
  • A background in customer support or customer success.
  • Experience using customer relationship management tools to track opportunities and forecast sales.

Why CircuitHub?

  • Opportunity to help shape the future of electronics manufacturing.
  • A collaborative team that values accountability, learning, and development.
  • Ownership of customer relationships and a direct contribution to business growth.
  • Competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and benefits.

Interested?

We’d love to hear from you, even if your experience doesn’t match every point. We care about people who are curious, take ownership, and are excited to help customers succeed.
