Joining our team means you're architecting how organizations run in the AI era. You'll turn AI into high-value solutions for 250,000+ customers including 60% of the Fortune 500. You’ll act as a trusted advisor backed by a strong GTM engine and over $1B in ARR. Using our foundational platform and advanced agents, you'll help the world's largest brands automate and scale their impact end-to-end.

About The Role

We're looking for an Denver-based Account Executive to join our expanding Mid-Market sales team. There are a few things we take really seriously here at monday.com: building an amazing product and providing the best possible service to our customers. Our clients love our product, and it's incredibly unique (and fun) to walk our clients to success using our platform.

In this role you will:

  • Own the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI
  • Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from the monday.com solution
  • Empower our customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution on monday.com.
  • Act as an escalation point-of-contact for relationship and commercial issues

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company; experience in the project management and work collaboration space preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Track record of success and overachievement
  • Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach
  • Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Collaborative, high-energy teammate
  • Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Opportunity to join an innovative, proven company with big ambitions, competitive salary and benefits, bonus potential, and some roles are eligible to take part in the company equity incentive program
  • A team that values transparency and collaboration while having fun while we work
  • Monthly stipends for food, wellness, and commuter/remote work
  • Fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for employees to grow, gain new skills, master AI tools, and participate in workshops
  • Award winning work environment - named a "Best Place to Work" by Built In as well as "Great Place To Work" certified.
  • We foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging through our Employee Resource Groups in addition to providing access to resources and education to support our team, facilitate conversations, and encourage understanding
  • A global work environment with employees in New York, Tel Aviv, London, Sydney, São Paulo, Tokyo, and more

The compensation for this role is structured as approximately 60% base salary and 40% variable on-target earnings (OTE). The base salary range for this position is: $111,840 – $172,800, with OTE potential of $186,400 – $288,000. OTE earnings are tied to individual performance pursuant to company policy. In addition, this role is eligible for accelerators and may also include equity in the form of RSUs.

monday.com offers a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, generous paid time off (vacation, holidays, personal leave and sick leave), fully paid parental leave, automatic 401(k) contributions, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount (ESPP), and more. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with no set deadline.
