About Hebbia

The AI platform for investors and bankers that generates alpha and drives upside.

Founded in 2020 by George Sivulka and backed by Peter Thiel and Andreessen Horowitz, Hebbia powers investment decisions for 40% of the world’s largest asset managers. Our flagship product, Matrix, delivers industry-leading accuracy, speed, and transparency in AI-driven analysis. It is trusted to help manage over $30 trillion in assets globally.

We deliver the intelligence that gives finance professionals a definitive edge. Our AI uncovers signals no human could see, surfaces hidden opportunities, and accelerates decisions with unmatched speed and conviction. We do not just streamline workflows. We transform how capital is deployed, how risk is managed, and how value is created across markets.

Hebbia is not a tool. Hebbia is the competitive advantage that drives performance, alpha, and market leadership.

The Team

At Hebbia, the Sales team is not just responsible for revenue, it’s the engine driving enterprise transformation by partnering with the most sophisticated organizations in the world to reimagine how knowledge work gets done. Our team is the catalyst to accelerating Hebbia’s vision of building "the AI you were promised": powerful, transparent, and enterprise-safe. We do this by bringing our flagship platform, Matrix, into boardrooms and deal teams—showing how it can replace hours of manual work with intelligent agents that execute research, analysis, and document-heavy workflows in seconds. The Sales team operates as strategic consultants, trusted advisors, and relentless problem solvers. We run deep, consultative sales cycles with senior decision-makers, identifying high-impact workflows where Hebbia can deliver immediate and compounding ROI. Our approach is grounded in credibility, technical fluency, and a deep understanding of our customers’ most critical challenges.

The Role

As an Account Executive at Hebbia, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our Matrix platform by cultivating a strategic pipeline of enterprise opportunities, guiding senior stakeholders through nuanced sales cycles. You'll advance Hebbia’s mission of replacing repetitive, manual workflows — like contract reviews, earnings analyses, and due diligence — with intelligent agentic automation that surfaces the right insights with full audit-ability and enterprise-grade security. Beyond revenue goals, you’ll be a strategic partner—helping clients rewire their knowledge workflows, achieve rapid ROI from day one, and commission bespoke AI use cases that reinforce Hebbia’s market position as “the AI you were promised."

Responsibilities

  1. Drive Revenue for Hebbia: owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close and activation for early stage through enterprise companies
  2. Map Stakeholders: determine decision-maker and create plan to get decision-maker buy-in
  3. Manage Deal Cycle: Customize your pitch and demo to tailor to individual client needs
  4. Drive Client Satisfaction: Partner with our Customer Success team during the pilot period to manage transition to long-term contracts
  5. Grow Accounts: quarterback post-sales teams to ensure strong deployment and customer experience and manage growth and renewal processes.
  6. Optimize Go-to-Market Motion: Build compelling demos, collateral, and sales tooling to accelerate a replicable end-to-end sales process

Who You Are

  • 8+ years Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience in a closing role
  • Experience in financial services, legal, insurance, etc. is a bonus
  • Experience at an early stage venture backed company, e.g. <100 people
  • Prior work selling and delivering products in new or early stage markets
  • Extreme hunger and passion for learning, growth, and leadership
  • Earned a bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Compensation

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the base salary range for this position is an on-target earning of $300,000 to $320,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, daily catered lunch, and unlimited PTO.
