ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play an important role in driving revenue by helping businesses grow their presence on our platform through subscription sales. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, building relationships, understanding customer needs, presenting the value of our products, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, confident in their communication, and comfortable taking ownership of the full sales cycle. You should have a strong sales instinct, be proactive in your approach, and be able to clearly articulate value while building trusted relationships with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive new business sales through a combination of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and proactive outreach.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other prospecting channels.
  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and business goals, and position our products and solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct engaging sales conversations, product presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and execute new business development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and strengthen sales conversations.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve sales effectiveness, customer experience, and overall business performance.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a subscription, SaaS, marketplace, or digital sales environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing new business.
  • Strong prospecting skills and confidence with cold calling and proactive outreach.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and communicate product value in a clear, compelling way.
  • Strong ownership and accountability for individual targets and outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities, prioritise effectively, and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • Curiosity and a creative approach to identifying new opportunities and solving customer challenges.

AI FLUENCY

At TKWW, AI is a tool that helps our teams work smarter, move faster, and spend more time on the work that matters most. We expect every employee, in every role, to build fluency with the AI tools relevant to their work, use them thoughtfully and with sound judgment, and bring curiosity as these tools keep evolving. This isn't about replacing our people's expertise — it's about equipping every employee to use AI to raise the bar on the work we do together.

WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT YOU

  • Commit to our customers: You act as one team on behalf of our customers. You lead with head and heart, and build what matters for life's most meaningful moments.
  • Raise the bar: You define "great" and work backwards. You don't just accept how it's been done, but boldly define how it should be. You are unafraid to innovate, learn, and keep moving forward toward our shared vision.
  • Be all in: You believe in our mission and take ownership of your work. You debate openly to reach the best outcomes, speaking with clarity and care, embracing diverse perspectives, then commit fully.
  • Celebrate impact: You measure success by the outcomes you create. You hold yourself accountable to delivering value, while recognizing progress and the lessons learned along the way. You love to win, together.

WHAT YOU LOVE ABOUT US

We provide meaningful, high-impact benefits designed to support the holistic well-being of our diverse workforce and help our people thrive both professionally and personally. From physical and mental wellness to flexible time off our programs are built around the moments that matter most.

TOGETHER@TKWW: OUR APPROCH TO HYBRID WORK

Together@TKWW is designed to support how we work best: combining the flexibility we value with meaningful opportunities to connect in person. Whether a role is Together@TKWW-eligible or not, we believe in purposeful moments to come together, build strong relationships, and drive bold ideas forward.

  • For Together@TKWW-eligible roles, this includes regular in-office time to foster collaboration and connection.
